This is one of the ONLY 3-bedroom condos that are ACTUALLY located on the beach and available for short term rentals! Our newly renovated and refurbished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach condo faces West and comes with beautiful city views of downtown Fort Lauderdale and the famous Intracoastal. Resort style living with large ocean side pool, Tiki bar (open till past midnight) and Italian restaurant. Water sport rentals and long list of resort amenities, supermarket, nail salon, bars and restaurants a short walk away, no car needed!

Kitchen comes fully stocked for the at home chef, and the dining table extends to seat 8. Huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room, master suite and guest room provide lots of natural light throughout the day, beautiful city views and truly stunning set-sets into the evening. The master suite features a King size bed, 60” flat screen smart TV, as well as a sofa futon that pulls out into a full size bed if needed. There is also a large walk in closet, making it easy to keep things tidy. The en-suite bath is newly renovated with granite counter tops, his and her sinks and a walk in shower. The second guest suite offers a Queen size bed, a Queen size sofa sleeper and a 55” flat screen TV on a wall mount. The ensuite bath from the guest room has a single sink, and a walk in shower. There is a nice little breakfast nook in this guest room that offers the perfect spot to get some work done or catch up with social media with a cup of coffee, looking over the ocean. The third guest suite is a small room and a great spot for extra guests. There is an adult size bunk bed with a twin on top, and a full size bed on the bottom. A small kids table and chairs is a fun spot for little ones to get creative coloring or doing arts and crafts. The living room area offers two couches that can pull out to full size beds if needed, but during the day or evening provide plenty of seating for the whole group and entertainment from the 55" flat screen is sure to be a great spot to catch a game on tv, or movies and TV shows on Netflix, HBO, Hulu, AmazonPrime etc.

The Ocean Manor Resort Amenities are plentiful. Not only do they have an ultra casual tiki bar and restaurant right in the sand on the beach, but they also have an upscale Italian restaurant inside the building called Casa Calabria. Both spots offer great happy hour specials on drinks and appetizers! There is free yoga offered on the beach most mornings, and if you're a yogi, you must be sure to check this out, I have lots of local friends who enjoy going there!

They also offer additional services for a fee, such as shaded cabana rentals by the day, a beach valet who provides chairs and umbrellas. Beach cabanas are $120/day. The chairs are $10-20/each per day, and umbrellas are $10-20/day. There is also a salon right on the premises who does mani/pedi, hair, etc. Be sure to check it out!
