'This accommodation is located around 15-20 min walk from the "hart" of Moalboal including the closest beach. It is an easy walk, or if more preferred, a motorbike or a tuk-tuk ride. The place was kept clean and tidy and the communication with the staff was very easy. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and one of the receptionists has greatly helped me on my last morning when I was heavily mistreated by some of the scam "taxi services". 'The staff were lovely (although asleep in hammocks and on chairs most of the time), but unfortunately that was the only real positive. The room was very disappointing. It was dirty, with cobwebs in the corner, polyester bedding, an uncomfortable bed, and a curtain that came off the wall when pulled across. 'Overlooking a beautiful scenic view from the eating area which is a bonus. Beautiful kawa area however, the rooms are too small, no closets, no hooks/ hangers to hang clothes and no chairs/desks.'
