« This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend! »

« Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet . »

« Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

« This property is perfect! A great stay if you’re looking for a little getaway. »

« Great place! Highly recommended. »

« I’ll start with the good: it’s a place to stay that is pretty close to Loyola University as well as the Loyola cta stop on the red line which made it convenient to get around. The neighborhood/area was very clean and full of college students which made it feel safe. Onto the bad: The room/building itself smelled kind of like trash, though the room was mostly clean. The towels had some random hairs on them/embedded within the fibers which was gross, there was toilet paper stuffed in the window...

« The room and apartment were clean »

« I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. Yes it was clean in general however the side table in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen cabinet was sticky with grime. Also under the sofa, it is filthy. I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality of the location either. The apartment block is tired. Also the remote control didn’t work and the carbon monoxide alarm didn’t have any batteries. »

« Good property, great location and value. »
