'We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful.The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.'

'Eenvoudig hotel (zoals de 2 sterren al aangeeft), met name gunstig geprijsd en gelegen voor de Niagara fall and hils, nabij een groot outlet winkelcentrum met ook verschillende eet gelegenheden (let op de keuken bevat geen borden/bestek of kookgelegenheid, behalve magnetron en ijskast). Mini cafetaria voor drinken, verpakte snacks, koffie aanwezig. Was gelegenheid. Met auto goed bereikbaar, ik denk geen openbaar vervoer.'

'There are some spider’ net on the frame of the fireplace. Looks like nobody cleans the fireplace. The thermostat shows ‘fans on’, the actual meaning is ´Fans off’. I don’t know for other rooms, it happened in my room when I was there.'

'Horrible stay. Got a king suite and pull out bed. Pull out bed didn’t have any sheets, had to ask but then the duvet had blood stain. Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet.
