'Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant to chat/interact with, especially given my arrival at the property around 1:00 AM local time. 'This was my first time at the hotel. The lobby area was nice but my room was really nice. I really liked that it have a living room area as it was my first time in a king suite. The room was very clean. I definitely will be staying there again. Also the staff were friendly so that made the stay even more enjoyable.'

'The location of the hotel was fantastic! Everything is close by. The one issue we had was with the setup of the room. There were no towels, soap, or glasses provided in the room. It looked like it was stripped clean. The front desk did help us out amd provide these things when we went down to speak to them. The AC in the room is also very loud and it runs the whole night.'

'Don’t stay here. Our check in took over 20 minutes because they messed up the reservation payment, room was very dirty, tv didn’t work, room only had 2 small towels that were more like dish rags, bathroom toilet was discussing, no coffee or cups in the room, other than that it was great.'

'Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. The hotel suggested i contact Expedia and they would support a refund but without notice I didn't have any other last minute...

'This is a lovely property, clean, easy to park and conveniently located next to many dining and shopping options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. It met our needs very well for a one night stop in Rochester but would def stay longer.'
