'Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the huge pool was a dream. The spacious grassy yard with kids’ toys was a big hit with our little ones. Perfect spot for a fun, relaxing family weekend — we’ll definitely be back!'

'Beautiful home and very comfortable. The pool water was crystal clear and so relaxing and fun. Bedrooms were nicely spacious. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. The kitchen had everything needed.Best of all was the two living room.We appreciate the friendly and welcoming communication from owners.'

'Host was very responsive. Great location! Near everything, great dining, Dutch Bros, grocery stores, Peoria Sports complex. House was the perfect size, clean, washer & dryer and best of all a beautiful back yard with sparkling pool! :) Our family had a great time!'

'Beautiful home & pool, safe quiet neighborhood, wonderfully appointed kitchen coffee bar & bathrooms, very comfortable beds, reclining couches, and pool/patio furniture; comfortable pool rafts & floating lounge chair/hammocks. Spotless bathrooms & hot showers, spacious backyard, very reasonable price for quality of stay. Close to many attractions, restaurants, theaters, & shopping. Simple check-in/very reasonable checkout expectations, & excellent AC. Spa quality soft, but quick dry bath towels...

'Nice property and location in Phoenix! The house is essentially a duplex split in two units, but never noticed the neighbor. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for 1-2 people.'

'Very willing and open communication from management. Only misleading thing was paying for the pool to be heated and finding out that it would be heated throughout the day and not at night. Our hopes of evening swims didn't happen. In fairness, we did not make it a talking point and perhaps could have. Just thought that warranted more transparency since we paid a premium to have it heated.'
