Réservation d'hôtels à Estrella Mountain Regional Park

« The room I reserved smelled like food and body odor. Then they changed me to a suite, but the AC on the floor wasn’t working ( 93 degrees outside the room), the bathroom floor was sticky, it had flower petals on the floor and the sheets had holes in some areas. The staff was very kind and when I checked out, before my stay was complete, they refunded me one night. It has potential to be a good hotel, it just needs better cleaning and maintenance. »

« The staff at the front desk was friendly and answered our questions. The room was fine. The pool and spa water was cloudy and of questionable color, we did not risk swimming there. Breakfast is very basic. The hotel is located on a vacant lot with not much interesting around, but a reasonable distance from the football stadium. »

« Little cheaper than other hotel around offering room with kitchen, but when we arrive in the room we didn't found any dishes, we call front desk and they tell us that they have all the dishes we need for sell at the front desk. Who want to buy dishes for one week and leave it there after...At least, write '' no dishes included in the room on the website''. another thing is that The hotel is very close to the street and the wall was not sound proof AT ALL!!! Was like if you were sleeping...
