« Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. « Upon arrival the electronic code I was given didn't work. I called VRBO and they could not reach the management company and required that I record myself trying to get in. After an hour they finally reached someone and gave me a 2nd code, which didn't work. After even more time on the phone with VRBO, they gave me a number for the management company and that guy tried to walk me through it like I was an idiot. « We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. « Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep.
