Woonboten in Estero Island

'Absolutely loved it. On the beach, super friendly people, free parking and large rooms, with washing machine. Would come back'

'ij aankomst dacht ik het kan niet waar zijn de buiten kant zag er echt oud uit. Vriendelijke service bij het inchecken en erg snel. Eenmaal bij de kamer kon ik mijn ogen niet geloven hoe keurig dit soort studio er uit zag zo mooi en schoon. Echt een aanrader dicht bij het strand op ongeveer 100 meter. Perfect om hier te verblijven. Ga er zeker weer heen.'

'Great place, clean and quiet. Owner was very responsive to questions.'

'This place was amazing. Extremely comfortable and fully stocked. You could easily travel with just some clothes and more personal toiletries. The hosts include everything else, including multiple types of sunscreen. The decor was lovely. We loved the octopus theme. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained with lots of seating. There is also an outdoor fridge with alcoholic and n/a drinks (the first one's free!). All of your beach needs are there including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a...

'My 7yr old daughter and I stayed, and absolutely loved it! The host were so kind and helpful. The studio was super clean, and had all the essentials you would need for a chill beach vaca. We will def be back! '

'Great for two people! AC was a little loud other than that close to everything so we could walk wherever we wanted to go. Only used an Uber to go into town'

'Close to the beach, clean rooms, great covered balcony (no screens). Had a power outage after a storm and the lock on the door would not work correctly. Called the emergency number, as it was after hours, and was greeted by staff immediately. Within a short time the staff member was at the door and fixed the lock. Great service! Super friendly staff.'

'We had the best time!!! The room is beautiful and Wow what an amazing view, the condo has all the comforts of home. The pool is situated at the perfect spot when it gets to hot on the beach we would congregate at the pool which was partially shaded. Luanda was the perfect host answering any questions promptly when needed. There is also a closet that has all kinds goodies for the beach, so we truly had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were on a family reunion, our unit was hands...

'Overall the place was fine, nice location & within walking distance to Santini Plaza for food or shopping. In the room itself - the tile floor could've used a deeper clean as some spots are black, the blinds were broken so you couldn't turn them, the ceiling fan was wobbly, the shower light would turn on and off by itself. You're paying for location, if the unit was anywhere else it wouldn't of been worth the price we paid for Spring Break.'

'PROS-Host was excellent. Actual apartment was clean. View of beach and water was excellent. CONS- have to pay to park on street (5 per hour) in order to unload car. If you have a lot of stuff bring a wagon to cart your things from car to rental. After unloading, I parked my car across the bridge at the park and ride to minimize parking charges. Otherwise you willPay A-LOT TO PARK ON BEACH. The worst part for me- At the entrance to apartment there are 4 large trash bins ( must belong to adjacent...
