Cabanes à Île d'Hawaï

« I really liked that the cabin is surrounded by tropical plants. The room is quite clean. The entry code provided by the platform and the host are different leaving us a bit confused. The shower water pressure is really low. After I complained about it, it is fixed by the maintenance person on the morning of my last day there. »

« This is a wonderful place to stay in Puna. It is in the heart of the area and they regularly host events, which can be fun to attend. They have a cafe at the reception area with some healthy food options, mostly pre-made. »

« We stayed here when really bad Kona storms came through. I understand that isn't the fault of the owners, but they didn't let us know the power was out until after we came from the other side of the island and passed by restaurants and shops with power. I was irritated by the poor communication but was going to let it pass until the next day when we talked to another guy who came and said they didn't tell him the power was out either. So now I feel like they were trying to avoid cancellations....

Instructions on checking in was very clear and he notified us when Kīlauea was erupting. Location was convenient to the park and easy drive to and from Hilo. Would love to stay here again. »
