'Had an event across the street at Amy Greenwell, and my grandparents would always book here when we’d be on this side of the island. It’s older, but being able to walk right up to the restaurant is worth it, and in the morning it’s so peaceful to just sit out on the porch'

'I appreciate the ability to be able to relax by the pool and enjoy myself with my family. I had two young kids and I was able to allow them to enjoy themselves while I sat back and relaxed, and the hot tub was great. The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious and it had everything we needed. They had shuttles and staff members ready to take you from building to building or rooms. It was also Halloween and they had tons of activities for the whole family.'

'Buyer beware - when you book an ocean view room they will not have it available (very few even available as they are on the upper floor(s) and only on a single side of the hotel - they offered to pay for our parking charges but we wouldn’t have booked this hotel if they were honest in the listing. When I sent them a message I did not get a response... also there was a musty odor in the room which made it hard to sleep - Very unhappy with the experience.'

'We stayed in the Dolphin room; a convenient and clean room with outdoor shower. When showering in the evening you can see a sky with stars. Dragonfly ranch is an unique place with a nice, even spiritual, vibe. The staff is very welcoming. For the light sleepers; the frogs are really loud. One of us used earplugs which were provided. Breakfast was tasty. Overall we would recommend this lovely place.'

'The house was nice generally but the room I stayed in was very musty and smelled like cigarettes. The towels were horribly musty. It’s a must to use bleach on hotel towels but these smelled like it was not being used. The room mattress was way too soft for me. Finally, they required a $200 deposit which was not for incidentals but “in case there’s damage to the room”'
