'This was a one night stay for our family of 6 before flying home early the next morning. It suited us fine for the night. Communication with hosts was amazing and easy. Very clean, amply stocked kitchen, linens, etc. Beach stuff to borrow (snorkels etc) for those who stay longer than us. Residential neighborhood location is amazing if you want to walk to everything in town. No AC so can get warm, but 2 ceiling fans and 2 portable fans. 'Small clean and tidy with everything yoy need and a little more. The observatory platform was the perfect place for coffee and the water is so close. '

'We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!'

'Awesome, clean, great location. Isaac is a great host, we enjoyed all his recommendations. Magic Sands Beach which is a very short walk was definately our favorite beach in Hawaii. '

'Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad, Isaac is erg vriendelijk en attent en goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Wij waren er voor de IRONMAN en qua locatie was dit ideaal, net buiten de stad en drukte. Lekker dichtbij Magic Sands, erg fijn strand met een leuk restaurant erbij. Wij hebben genoten!'

'Perfect location and stay for us. The extras you can’t get in a hotel, like sand toys, cooler, condiments, etc along with the full kitchen made it so much better. The next door proximity to the sand beach was great for snorkeling and the kid, and the walking distance to the downtown part saved on parking. There was road noise, but we were aware of it ahead of time and it wasn’t a big deal to us. I’d definitely stay here again. '
