Vind je ideale hotel in East Louisville

'My fault for choosing an extended stay. Questionable activity going on 24 hrs a day at this place. If you want to get high for free, then walk down any hallway at this establishment. The only thing they going for them is the nice employees. We drove 10 hours to get to Louisville and we had to ask for toilet paper in our bathroom. Definitely in need of some updating. Most definitely would not book here again. '

'Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. '

'I want to start this off by saying the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. '

'Front desk lady was friendly and check in was quick. Hallways were looking a bit worn but room was much better. The big issue was crazy loud room across the hall. Super loud yelling with people going in and out and the door slamming until after 3am. Not much as far as the continental breakfast. Was in better shape when it was Sleep Inn. '
