'I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...

'I did not like that there was no hot water in my room. Seems like a basic amenity. Call the front desk and was told another room on my floor had the same complaint. The good news is, hot water was restored shortly. The bad news is that this happened at all.'

'Problem with the lady in in Charge of breakfast settings I was warming up my oatmeal in microwave I cleaned the glass plate on counter after cleaning I put on there to dry and she said what is that and she said it twice.'
