'De nieuwe mevrouw aan de balie was vriendelijk. Degene die er al langer werkte was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Ook al hadden we onze kamer in januari geboekt en gevraagd voor het glvl niet gekregen. Trap was kapot en gevaarlijk, vuile kamer en kakkerlakken. '

'Clean bedrooms/bathrooms. We stayed in this hotel for one week for a work trip. The breakfast area was clean and provided enough to eat: waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread, cereals, oatmeal, milk, applesauce, fruit cups, coffee, tea, muffins, bagles. Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. We didn’t use the pool. Im picky but this...

'Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable.'

'The location is a little strange (in the middle of a condo development, business area). Otherwise, it was outstanding in every respect. Very new and modern with a good size room, excellent bed, TV, etc. The breakfast was amazing for a motel! They had about anything standard you would expect plus amazing service from the staff as they were so kind and helpful. If you wanted something more they would bake you an omelet to your liking while you watched. Parking was also ample and convenient.'

'Unexpected circumstances happened during our three day stay. We were treated poorly by staff and manager. They were not helpful in anyway. Front desk staff was even rude. There are too many hotels nearby in this price range to stay at a hotel that is not flexible or kind when problems arise. Just choose another hotel.'

'The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience.'

'Room was dirty toilet not working properly stoped up.As soon as I checked in I took a pee and the toilet was stoped up.I told the gentleman at the front desk and he lied said they would take care of it but never did.Please don’t think because it has the name Microtel it’s a nice hotel.Live and learn want stay there any more'

'Room was clean, staff was friendly yet professional, breakfast was what we have come to expect, the only thing that was unacceptable was the dumpsters from the construction work being picked up at 3am for the 1st one and 4 am for the second one. Otherwise a very quiet environment. '
