Motels in East Austin

'I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation. The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all. To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and...

'I had a great time staying there. Great location, nice rooms, very nice neon sign.'

'Pros: Clean & spacious room Cons: No hot water, water felt oily. '

'This was the nasties place ive ever been at in austin so far. Dont go head there was roaches. EVERYWHERE. Staff was really nice tho i dont blame them but this place needs a make over.'

'The floor was leaking in the bathroom for some reason, and the tv or phone didn’t work'

'DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel.'

'Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin.'

'Good stay only breakfast could be better, no milk,no orange,no eggs!!'

'I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service'

'Not well maintained paint chipping off every where. Turned on room heater , smoke detectors went off. Had to sleep in the cold. Bathtub not properly cooked leaks.phone to room unplugged can’t image why. And staff insisted on charging my card for incidentals which they do not have any incidentals. Room is unsafe police cars coming in and out of parking lot siren all night'

'I was doubtful when we arrived and realized I had booked a "motel" vs a hotel. But, we were pleasantly surprised with the helpful, friendly staff, accommodating any request we had. We had expected a guest laundry, and this wasn't available, but they offered and took our laundry twice and washed, folded, returned to our room. Their breakfast items included fresh soft breakfast tacos each morning from the food truck on the property along with the other usual items. With this being a motel, we...

'Veel vuilnis en daklozen om de kamers en zeer weinig verlichting in de kamer. '
