'The room had no air conditioning. After we complained, the hotel provided only a fan, which was not an adequate substitute. It was so hot that we could not sleep properly for two nights, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The bed was also extremely hard .The room offered very few basic amenities, there was no coffee, tea, or drinking water. Even the dining area did not have a microwave. 'personnel was extremely friendly and efficient, although I wish they would speak more languages. The rooms were excellent, although the air conditioning was very noisy. The rooms were clean, although the tiles in the bathroom were turning yellow and they clearly needed a deeper cleaning.'

'Very good hotel, clean, good position, only noisy the room on the street side'

'Uitstekende kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.'

'Alles klopt!
