'I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!'

'The good: -super kind and engaging staff -little cafe in the beautiful foyer -decent hot and cold breakfast buffet with hot drinks, meat, potatoes, beans, chapati, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit platter -able to do late checkout at a reduced daily rate when you have a late flight -strong and hot shower -modern furnishings with outlets and lamps beside the very comfortable bed -linens and towels in great condition The not great: - off a busy street. 'This is a hidden quiet gem in the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. A lovely property with beautiful garden at the end of an embassy lined street close to Karura forest. The inn has five bed rooms with ensuite bathrooms and provides a delicious breakfast as well as other meals which can also be enjoyed on the porch, don't be surprised by monkey sightings :). Great hospitality and service from Ali and Alfred, both very kind, courteous and informative. Highly recommend if you're looking for...

'de eerste nacht kreeg ik een kamer waarin de hele nacht het niet ophoudende lawaai van de centrale airconditioning installatie was te horen, hetgeen mij ernstig stoorde in mijn slaap. Men heeft mij de volgende dag een andere kamer gegeven en die was uitstekend. Het hotel is verder prima en volgens Europese standaard.'
