'This is the first hotel ever where they ask you every day if you are happy with your room or if you have any complaints. My room was clean. The service you get from the staff is excellent. I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. Very nice and helpful staff, thank you Gillian, Anthony, Jacintah and everyone else who works at the hotel.'

'A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. '

'The hotel is ideally located in Westlands, close to the Expressway and amenities, while also walkable in the neighbourhood. Good breakfast options, Continental, English, South Asian, and local options, fresh fruit and juices. The staff also went above and beyond, providing access to the room after an overnight flight early morning before check-in as they had availability. '
