'Goed hotel midden tussen twee grote malls in Westland. Hotel zag er nieuw uit, kamers waren netjes en schoon en ontbijt buffet had voldoende aanbod. Zonsondergang kan je fantastisch zien in de bar op de bovenste verdieping.'

'A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. '

'This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update...

'Naast Sarit Centre shopping mall en heel goede spa + groot zwembad. Inrichting is een beetje oubollig maar prima hotel verder en centraal gelegen in Westlands.'

'The staff did a really great job housekeeping was always on the ball. The breakfast is definitely worth the investment Great way to start a day with areally nice selection. Depending on the activities you have planned the convenience of the location will make a big difference. For me it was quite a bit of travel to try to get out to any of the Safari and interactivities. But any of the Ubers was quick to take care of that.'

'This is almost the perfect stay in Nairobi. The price was fantastic, but the quality of the apartments is amazing. Extremely spacious and well equipped and within a five mk talk of the National museum. I felt safe walking around in the day, but with limited street lights I tended to uber at night - even short distances. The mall below the apartments has a food court and a well stocked modern supermarket with everything you need to prepare meals etc. the store has a liquor store if you want...

"Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge. Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice subjected to unfair treatment. On both visits, she was asked to prove her stay, unlike me. Most recently, a security guard followed us from the rooftop bar to our room, questioning her presence even though she had already been checked in for two days. The management seriously needs to address staff attitude and discriminatory behavior. Until then, we can't recommend it in good faith."

Heerlijk hotel met goede service

"Het is een mooi hotel vlakbij het centrum. Radisson heeft altijd een prima service en dat was hier ook het geval. Het eten is echt fantastisch, zowel ontbijt als diner. Het hotel heeft een klein zwembad en een fitnesscentrum. Vlakbij het hotel ligt het mooie Arboretum park waar je als hotelgast gratis in kan wandelen. "
