'Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime.
Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread.
Would totally stay here again.'

'I loved the concept of this property. When I met the staff, I realized they are friendly people but just seems very disorganized. Attempting to get prompt communication from them was impossible. I tried to get late check in instructions the evening before I landed and did not get an answer for almost 24 hours and it was after I landed so I was forced to make a trip to Loveland to keep my bags at a friend’s place rather than being able to hold them at the lodge. Also, a major safety concern - a...

'Very nice, historic home with old world charm. You’re able to roam the property and see the ballroom. Breakfast is made to order. Host made an exception for me as I only wanted toast with jelly and black coffee. Walking around in the neighborhood was very nice with all the old houses.'

'We stayed here for our niece’s wedding weekend where lodgings were all booked in the area. The host did not inform us about the lack of AC until our day of arrival, when it was too late to cancel without penalty or make alternative arrangements. During the day, indoor temperatures were well above 85°F. Because all bedrooms are on the top floors where heat rises, the warmth was trapped upstairs. Past midnight, indoor temperatures remained at 85°F and above, making it exceptionally difficult to...

'Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box?
I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder.'

'I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!'
