'Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. '

'Beautiful, clean cottage! Its recent renovation seems to me to have been done thoughtfully and skillfully. Loved being able to make our usual breakfasts in the full kitchen and the washer/dryer availability. We drove to Folly beach and downtown Charleston in less than 30 minutes from the cottage. Beautiful back yard. Small detail we really appreciated was how well the blinds and curtains worked, as we like feeling assured of privacy when we’re staying someplace new. 'We really enjoying our stay at this fabulous cottage! The walk to the beach was super easy and quick and area is gorgeous! Even my MIL who is 89 had no problem walking to the beach, as it wasn’t far. Plenty of room in this charming cottage for all 6 of us and it was clean and cool. When we had a slight issue, it was rectified immediately and Lisa was super friendly with great communication. What a wonderful week - Highly recommend!'

'I took my daughter for a mother-daughter trip prior to her heading off to college, and this was the perfect spot! Close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston, including King Street. Our host thought of everything, including local treats and tips for places to eat/drink in the area. The bed was comfy, the shower fantastic, and the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend!! We’ll be back!'
