'We arrived on a sat excited to sit by the pool and have a drink. We were quickly told by the hostess that we couldn’t sit in the open table areas without a reservation. It was near the fireplace and no one was sitting there. She was little help and was very rude. Poor first impression. We then continued to make our way to the pool bar to get a drink and the bartender was nearly as rude. Will not return for price we paid.'

'OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself...

'This is a beautiful property with great rooms. Mount Pleasant is right over the Ravenel Bridge in case you want to get to some of the sites of Charleston. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Stefanie and Ms. Tommie. Everyone was wonderful, and I will absolutely be back!'

'We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!'
