'The bathroom shower had no shelf to hold the soap or shampoo container while you showered. The bathroom was overall good. The microwave was old. And they had a loose chair in the room. It was a good place. No daytime breakfast. '

'I loved the fully furnished, 2 bedroom suite. 2 big balconies, the kitchen could be more equiped though. The pool was big and warm water, the barbecueplace beautiful with amazing view. One thing I do not love during vacation is dirty laundry and at Riviera Oaks this was free!! Thank you soo much, you made our holiday one we will never forget!!'

'This tiny house is very cute! Designed and decorated really well in a boho Southwest style. The layout's really nice too. And of course the showstopper skylight to watch the stars at night. It was really fun experience to stay in a tiny house and I'm glad we chose this one!'

'The property was perfect… at site 11 there is an old tree with birds of all colors, wordpeckers, nesting birds all day. We had two great hikes and the pie and ice crean in Julian. We will be back soon.'

'All I can say is the attention to detail was amazing! From the kitchen, to the bathroom and everything in between!!! We had everything we needed to make it the “glamping” experience we were going for. Even the pillows were comfortable (and that can sometimes be a hit or miss). We loved it so much, we decided to extend our stay, which we took advantage of right away after seeing a magnet on the refrigerator that it was offered for a 50% discount. We definitely recommend this place! 10 out of 10;...
