« We had a beautiful stay at Little Orchard Cottage. Our host, Maggie, was so kind and had prepared welcome treats. She answered questions right away. The cottage had several window seats, which we used for cozy reading time. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we had walking trails right near the cottage that were perfect for evening walks. The backyard made a beautiful backdrop for family meals and soaking up the Cotswold sun. The cottage comes with a laundry nook, including a washer & dryer. ...

« Well Cottage is absolutely charming in every way! Great location, well appointed, and very clean with comfy beds and a great bathroom. (note: the bathtub/shower can be pretty high to step into for older or disabled folks but you can hold on to the sink to help you in--see the photos). About 9 steps to get upstairs. Bourton-on-the-Water is just a lovely village! A lot of other people must think so too--lots of tourists but they are well behaved, mostly families. Would love to stay there again....

We really enjoyed our conversations with Tricia and appreciated her helpful insights about this lovely area and good walks that can end at Winstone's ice cream. Walk to the Felt cafe and sit outside by the stream. A top-notch cottage stay. »
