'The staff were very helpfull and made lovely food/drinks. We loved how peacefull it was to relax in the garden. It's not far from the beach. They have mosquito net for the beds and have spray in the house. At a warm day you can jump in the pool or take a good shower.'

'As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . 'What a warm welcome with a welcome drink at the check-in desk. Staff is very friendly. Received an upgrade which made the room twice as big. Everything clean and neatly arranged. Sustainability is a major consideration and it is highly desirable to take this into account at the request of the hotel. We did not eat in the hotel. Beds are lovely, air conditioning cools well.
