'It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is...

'Amazing customer service from all staff members, especially Daniel. From the very beginning he helped us with our bags and shared that it mattered to them that we had a great experience in & out of the hotel. Gym was convenient, breakfast was super delicious, they also have beach towels you can borrow. Planning my next stay in Cartagena in this hotel for sure. Super impressed. '

"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment. The rest (room, breakfast, service, pool) was perfect!"
