'From even before we arrived our stay was already fabulous. The concierge staff reached out to us in advance offering assistance and were able to arrange two accommodations we wanted even before we checked in. 'Das Hotel liegt einsam, aber wunderschön am tollen Strand und Meer. Leider sprechen nur wenige englisch. Frühstück ist hervorragend, Abendessen extravagant aber viel zu teuer. Tolle Architektur, ausreichend Pools und Liegen, das Meer ist traumhaft karibisch. Ein unvergesslicher Ort.'

'I loved my stay! The hotel pictures don’t do justice its do beautiful and the rooftop views and stunning! The food at the hotel was great and the drinks especially the liminoda and cafe con leche were soooo delicious! All the staff were very nice and helpful. When I go back to Cartagena I will stay here again! It’s located very close to everything. 10/10 for the stay!'

'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'
