'The owners ar Cabinas Pura Vida are extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They let us park our car while visiting Corcovado National Park overnight and helped us get a free taxi to catch our boot. The rooms are simple, but not expensive. They have a nice common area and a fridge for guests to use. The breakfast was good and it was not problem to serve it an hour earlier than their usual time because we had to catch our boot. '

'We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things.'

'My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the relax house. It was the first place we stayed in after arriving in Costa Rica, and with the quaint little neighborhood and locked gates to the neighborhood and the house, we felt completely safe and comfortable. 'This is an outstanding place to stay. Everything was very clean, and the place is as advertised. There are 2 rooms on the bottom floor (with their own bathrooms). 'Pablo was a very gracious and helpful host, which made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The spot is beautiful, with amazing views and plenty of wildlife. The kids all loved the swimming hole and hot tub, and it was fun to cook on an open fire. The cabin was comfortable for two families (total of 9 people), and was well equipped.'

'This property is a doorway to nature's paradise. Being set in jungle with an open living theme there is nothing to not love about Congo bongo. The cry of howler monkeys at 4am followed by the jungle waking up to the evening cry of the toucan nature is all around. 'our little cabin was spotless (I've never seen such a shiny floor) and in an area that was close to everything we wanted to do'

'Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back.'

'Lovely property with responsive hosts. The bungalow properties are uniquely whimsical and private. Perfect location outside of the hustle & bustle of Dominical, but a 20 minute drive away.
