'Place was very affordable but there were small indicators that cleanliness was not up to par. There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing. The room did not match the advertised photos on the website but other than cleanliness and the door latch missing, the room was very very affordable and worked in a pinch.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'Highly recommend Texican Court in Irving, Texas. Stayed for two nights in the Deluxe King room, and I would happily return. The property was just as advertised. The premises are clean and quiet. Guests were courteous of each other.'

We were allowed a last minute early check-in without issue and when we came back from a long day of meetings we were greeted by the staff and offered a glass of wine. Talk about a warm welcome!!
