'Great little place with stores and restaurants in walking distance, and a short drive to downtown Dallas. The place was very clean and cute, and we appreciated that it was stocked with toiletries and coffee pods for the Keurig. There’s plenty of appliances (including coffee pot and French Press), and plenty of places to sleep for everyone. A life saver having a washer and dryer (you may need to bring your own detergent). We had a smoke alarm chirping when we arrived due to a low battery, but...

'First of all the listing is very deceiving the place is nothing like what they show. The room smell so much like marijuana and even after telling maintenance the room still smell and I have a 2 year old. I probably even think the maintenance people were also smoking marijuana. The room is outdated. Also they overcharged me and didn’t want to refund me at all. Be careful with this place.'

'Canvas is a fabulous place to stay in Dallas. It is located in the center of all attractions. I had no problem with finding places to go, and things to do. Very friendly staff as well. The only issue was the drinks cost at the pool. VERY overpriced! Not to mention the 20% auto gratuity for one person. Insane!!! I will definitely return for a stay, but I’ll make sure I’m well on drinks before visiting the pool. Thanks for a lovely stay. '
