From check-in to check-out, the staff was beyond amazing and made us feel like total VIPs, even gifting us a complimentary wine of our choice upon arrival. 'The bed was not comfortable. I never have the feeling I am going to fall off the hard mattress bed at home. Faucet in sink would not run cold water and was very very very loose in its mounting. Towels were more like tea towels. Bathtub/shower could have used a bathmat because the tub was very slick plastic. Noise and vibration from trains across the street kept us awake at night. No in room coffee or even cheap plastic glasses. Just a cheap, minimally kept throwback to the 1950s. Room...

'We stayed just for the night on our way east. Check in was good, very friendly. The room was pretty standard and clean. The only thing I didn't really think about was the fact that the hotel is situated right across the railway and because of the gaps by the door it woke me up a couple of times. But I guess all the hotels/motels on this street have the same problem. Overall I had a good stay.'
