'Very friendly unique stay.'

'This place is adorable. The concept is so unique. I love that it’s 21 and over. Love that the pool and hot tub are 24 hours. REALLY love the personal tubs at the campers! Everything about this gem is well thought out and charming. I did love that there were no TV’s in the campers also. Do NOT hesitate to book your stay here. We were already plotting our next stay as we were checking out!!'

'Prima kamer (suite). De verwarming enzo werkte prima, een fijne douche. Paar kleine storende dingen. Er is een keukentje, maar geen af wasmiddel of theedoek. Ook op de badkamer was geen zeep om na toiletbezoek je handen te wassen. Je moet naar de douche voor douche gel. Verder wel prettig verbleven'

'This place has a homey vibe I enjoy. The other guests are nice, the cats and chickens are fun to wake up to. Not perfect, but they are actively improving this hostel, but great prices if you are traveling on a budget. '

'Brian at the front desk was very kind, he went out of his way to get us a coffee maker for our room as there wasn’t there, he delivered it to our room, as we had a 5:30 am flight Nice room too '

'I was able to park my car just a few steps from the door to my room. Parking is free, which is appreciated because a lot of places in the Palm Springs area are now charging for parking. The staff was excellent. They took care of our needs. I was nervous with the Air Conditioning upon checking in. However, I was wrong. The room cooled down fast and was always very comfortable. We were assigned a partially handicap room (room 106). It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. I will say...

'Everything about this hotel is exceptional! The room was adorable, clean, AC was strong. It was a busy weekend in PS but this hotel was our quiet sanctuary. We can't wait to come back on our next trip!'

'This is quite possibly the most underrated property in Palm Springs. Experiences from check-in, the stay, and check out were perfect. The staff was very friendly, I believe the owners were on site as well, making sure everything was in tiptop shape. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. There was ample parking spaces and also a free electric vehicle charging station. I would most definitely choose to stay on this property again. '

'I cannot say enough good things about The Cactai. This place is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean, really well appointed, and spacious. I had a couple things I needed help with and the owners were extremely responsive and friendly. The pool area is immaculate and quiet and the location is so close to great coffee and food. This is the perfect solo retreat and I’d recommend it to anyone! '

'Onze kamer bleek lekkage te hebben waardoor deze niet beschikbaar was. Hotel liet ons de keuze, of een kamer met kingsize bed voor zijn 3en, of 2 kamers zonder extra kosten. Kamers waren al gereserveerd en was allemaal geen probleem. Top geregeld! '
