"Note that after you book a non-refundable rate you will have to pay a mandatory resort fee of 50 dollars per night!!!! This is not included in the rate. I don't need housekeeping every day, but their service is minimal. When they come they just take the trash from the bathroom (not the living area) and take used towels. No floors, no bed, no fresh towels. For the price we paid I expected a regular hotel service. Not what we received."

"The location is super convenient. It's a 2-minute walk to the Disney Springs area. Additionally, they have shuttles that you can sign up for that provide transportation to all the Disney Parks! The hotel itself is a little dated, and the walk to some of the rooms can feel like a maze, but they had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful."
