'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Wat een heerlijk hotel. Top lokatie, naast Capitol Hill en zo naar de Mall. Erg fijne medewerkers die super behulpzaam zijn.'

'Een mooi hotel en conferentiecentrum dat buitengewoon veel te bieden heeft. Ik zou adviseren de site van het hotel zelf te bekijken. Duur is het zeker niet. Het hotel ligt in een mooie, rustige, omgeving (eigen terrein). Het personeel hebben wij altijd als personeel dat plezier heeft in zijn of haar werk. Behulpzaam en attent.'

'Een goed verblijf gehad. Schone grote kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was top met dicht in de buurt een metrostation. De buurt voelde veilig ook in de avond. '

'Functional hotel but very small rooms, very little space, no space for suitcase. If you stay more than 1 night with 2 persons too tiny. Missing some atmosphere at the hotel but a good location.'
