'I had a bad experience here. Arrived in DC, quick ride from the airport - the room is pretty small, but ok - it's DC, I get it. However, after the first night I felt AWFUL and looked around the room and particularly the AC. There was mold, and I took a picture and sent it to management/host right away. I got a response that they were sorry that I was uncomfortable, and that they would try to come get someone to look at it, but after staying 4 nights the AC mold issue wasn't resolved. Apparently...

'Lekker centraal gelegen in Washington op loopafstand van Georgetown en de metro. Voor 5 personen wat aan de krappe kant. Goede bedden. Slaapbank was wat doorgezakt zelfs na extra topper. Voor één persoon prima om op te slapen. Keuken en badkamer waren wat gedateerd. Receptie was heel vriendelijk en kon je alles aan vragen. '

'The place was very clean. Good location but you have to make sure the subway and train noises won't bother you. We didn't have a problem with it. Laundry in unit was nice. I paid extra for the "luxury" 2-bedroom but there was nothing luxurious about it. What was I being charged more for? The beds were terrible, not luxury at all; they probably came from Ikea. That is my only real complaint, the beds, very cheap and not comfortable. People were all nice. Good restaurants nearby, etc.'

'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'severe issues with my stay Gallery Bethesda 2 for the dates of August 7-9. After driving 14 hours from Wisconsin to drop my daughter off at Howard University, my family and I arrived exhausted and looking forward to relaxing. Instead, we have encountered a series of unacceptable problems. First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered....
