'Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

'The room was clean and quaint. I love the clean white look, very nice! I did have a problem finding the light switch, it was a hidden a little deep behind the head of the bed, I had to move the bed to get to the switch. Otherwise it was awesome!'
