'Amazing accommodations! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own room which was ideal. Communication was seamless and easy. Close to Whole Foods and many other shops. Short walk to Red line subway which took us easily and quickly to downtown Chicago and all the attractions. The building had other common spaces like an outdoor terrace with grills, seating and a fire pit. We also took advantage of the fitness center. We would stay here again.'

'Hotel is good for a last minute place to book and very convenient neighborhood location. It is a converted assisted living facility so it has the hallmarks, like drop ceiling, communal cafe, feel of an elderly care facility and utilitarian furniture and kitchenettes in the rooms, not comfort-first amenities. The check-in desk is exactly what you’d expect at an assisted living facility. I’ve stayed at good museum hotels and there are some things I expect at this type of hotel that are missing...

'DO NOT BOK HERE!!!! This booking is a complete scam. Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer.
