'We arrived at the location and I checked my messages for the check in instructions to realize that they never sent any. So I reached out via the chat system to which they took over an hour to respond. To make it up to us, the manager offered us a late check out, however, he did not communicate that to his staff and a man came into the property unexpectedly before checkout asking us to leave. However, it's dark, really dark, and most elements of the home are very tired (furniture, carpet, stone, tile, etc).
