'The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. '

I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam.
