'The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!'

'Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area.'

'Love the midtown location. It’s not in the crazy chaos and noise of Broadway but has a nice set of restaurants and bars that are walkable. You can walk to Gulch and then the flipside to Edgehill. 'The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk.
