'We stayed 7 days so the rooms weren't cleaned or linens changed daily or every other day. I made our bed daily. We did have clean towels every other day. The thing that bothered me the most was how dirty the windows were while sitting on the couchs looking out at the scenery. The maids and breakfast staff did not understand english, trying to explain I had a severe pepper allergy and needed to know what was in the breakfast foods was a bit frustrating. I loved the desk staff that greeted me when...

'The hotel was beautiful,fresh,and clean. From the moment you enter the hotel it smells fresh and clean; the rooms smells, fresh and clean as well. Staff was welcoming. Many options for relaxing with a serene atmosphere. Entertainment was nice, live singers and DJ to get you moving on a Saturday evening. Thank you, Grand Hyatt for your hospitality.'
