'Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. 'Nice place to go to beach and park to watched birds. '

'Lovely lovely cottage a short walk to a private beach. Beach gear in the closet (two chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!). We rode the available bikes to the beach everyday- 3 minute bike ride! Nice lagoon in the back to watch the pretty birds. Room is quaint-just right for 2 people for a 3-day stay! We will for sure be back! (The bed is not comfortable but we made due!!!!) :-)'

'Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!'

'Firstly let me say the property was better than advertised as it was extremely clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and that love to relax. Pool was perfect. 100% will stay again.'

'We were here with our two young kids (4&6). Area is peacefull. The cottage was everything we needed: luxurious, very clean and unexpected ammenities provided our every need. Pleasant surprise to find some snacks and the fridge stocked with cold beers. Shared garden with bbq was great. We used the beach cart with umbrella and chairs for our beach visits (5m walk). Also used the freely available bikes, subs and kayaks. When we kayaked into the bay we saw dolphins just a few feet away! Obviously...

'Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.'
