On the 6th and top floor of the building, you'll enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view. Featuring a small bedroom, a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a modern bathroom, a balcony and a large terrace, this apartment is ideal for a stay in Cannes.
The apartment is equipped with a convertible sofa and can therefore accommodate two people sleeping separately or a couple and a child.

## Neighborhood

Boulevard Carnot is the avenue leading down to the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. You'll find plenty of shops here, and you're just 10 minutes from the lively streets of Cannes (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes...).

## Transit

The apartment is only 10 minutes from the train station. This is the easiest way to get to Cannes. If you're coming by car, there's a public underground parking lot (fee payable) opposite the apartment.

Underground public parking (chargeable) just opposite the apartment.
After making your reservation, you will be offered cancellation insurance. If you take out this insurance, you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees should you unfortunately have to cancel.
