'La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. 'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'

'Super ontvangst! Personeel spreekt Engels wat erg handig is is een Spaans sprekend land. Erg dicht bij de airport letterlijk loopafstand. Taxi makkelijk te krijgen om naar het centrum te gaan. Heerlijke kamer, heerlijk bed, heerlijk ontbijt. Echt het beste hotel waar ik in ben gebleven in cartagena! En NIET duur voor alles wat je krijgt. Een aanrader. '

'The building is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The cafe in the lobby and rooftop were excellent. The service was fantastic. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and friendly. The only thing was that there was not much to do around there. The beach was okay. Not super clean and the chairs and umbrellas were weathered. I know they didn’t belong to the building but maybe they should. The beach wasn’t the prettiest. '

'staff is very nice and helpful, location is good, with 10 min walk you are in the old center. shopping center 15 meters away. the san felipe castle is opposite the hotel. During the day, afternoon and evening it is safe enough to walk to the centre but only at night it is advisable to take a taxi. i was hesitant to book this hotel. but now that i have been there. i am glad i booked this hotel. "Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie ten opzichte van het vliegveld en het oude stadscentrum. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zijn goed schoon en doordat er meerdere zwembaden zijn, hadden we altijd een plek op een ligbed. Het hotel heeft een oude en een nieuwe kant. Je kan voor extra geld omboeken naar de nieuwe locatie, dit hebben wij niet gedaan. De kamers in het oudere gedeelte waren schoon en goed onderhouden. Het enige wat wij minder fijn vonden was dat er geen gratis water bij het ontbijt was. Het ontbijt had trouwens genoeg keuze, smaakte goed! "
