'The unit was clean, bright and convenient. It was also stocked with absolutely everything we needed!! Having a garage to park in was a very nice bonus and saved us from having to clean off our vehicle. There was parking on street for our other vehicle and it was close to the unit. Will definitely stay here again. The only uncomfortable thing was the couch when we were just hanging out, it maybe needs replacing but that’s a small inconvenience. We will be recommending this place to others. '

'Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc.'

'Great spot to stay in Edmonton! Perfect location (and easy parking) and near schools with playgrounds and was nice and safe at night! 'We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy.'

I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! 'You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And...
