'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'hotel ligt redelijk centraal in het centrum, met bus tram en metro op max. 3 min lopen ideaal om lopend het centrum te verkennen en de wijken verderop met het OV. Mooie maar kleine kamer met goede airco warme douche en uitstekend ontbijt. Minpuntje is dat je zelfs met de lift met je koffer nog trapje op of af moet. Maar verder goede service en vriendelijk personeel.'
