Bei der Ankunft,die kontaktlos erfolgte durch die Übermittlung der Pinnummer für den Keysafe,fand ich zwei Masken und eine Flasche Desinfektionsmittel sowie eine umfangreiche Infobroschüre auf dem Tisch vor. 'If you like Alfama, this is a great location. It was very hard to find the unit. When we received the key we asked if the location was walkable and they say yes. It was very difficult logging our baggage through stairs and rugged sidewalks. We couldn’t use more than one appliance at a time, breaker would trip leaving us in the dark.'

Comunicazione con l’agenzia inesistente: si rompe il minuscolo ventilatore in dotazione, l’agente fa finta di nulla. Lampadine che non funzionano, bagno e box doccia in condizioni pietose. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato scoprire l’ultima sera la presenza di un enorme scarafaggio dietro al letto....
