The property is located on a quiet street in a lively, multicultural neighborhood. Stores, restaurants, and public transportation are within walking distance. There is an open air market on Saturday within walking distance. The outside is unassuming, but the inside is a real gem. There is a nice paved courtyard with a little grill, that I didn't get to enjoy since I was alone. The place was a lot bigger than I expected. For a couple staying longer than a few days, there is plenty of storage and a washer and dryer.
One of the reasons I didn't give this property an excellent mark is that I had trouble finding it. Since it had a name, I expected a marquee or sign of some kind. After two days of travel, it was frustrated looking around for the place - the email that the landlord sent me went straight to my junk mail. So, I'd missed the check-in information. Expedia helped me take care of that. The other reason is that the landlord/agency/property managers scheduled a furniture delivery during my stay. They came on a Thursday, when I was set to leave on Monday. I think that could have been done after my check-out. Overall, this place is great and I will definitely use it again and recommend it to others, more so because what they delivered was a sofa bed. Which means that a two couples could rent the place. I don't think this is a family kind of place (at least not an American family) as some of the books are really not suited to children stumbling onto them.
