'Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great area with shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness of the room was my only issue. 1. There was a sock in the sheet set for the pull out bed. 2. I found a big bottle of cream by the window sill when i moved the curtain. 3. They told me someone would come clean the room every other day, but no one ever came. '

'We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). 'The hotel was nice and there were lots of things going on in the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We had room 559. We discovered the TV was unplugged. After plugging it in we were able to turn on the tv with the remote but were unable to actually select any station in channel guide. It appeared the remote had battery power but the tv didn’t respond. Fortunately we had family to visit so we didn’t need the tv. 'The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. '

Before checking in, I even asked the front desk to confirm that the rooms were clean and updated, and I was told they were. Unfortunately, that was not the case. 'Prima hotel op een centrale plek, in Burbank. Naar Universal Studio’s is het zo’n 10 minuten rijden. Hotel zoals je die ziet in Amerikaanse series en films. Er zit zelfs een filmlocatie direct naast het hotel. Erg leuk. Redelijk ruime kamer met prima bed en douche/bad. Apart deel met wastafel. Ontbijt is een eenvoudig maar biedt toch wat keuze, redelijk gelijk aan ontbijt in andere hotels op onze rondreis. Gratis parkeerplek en vriendelijke man achter de receptie.'

'Be wary when booking the 2 bedroom suite. I booked the 2 bedroom, 3 months in advance and was never told the 2 bedrooms were overbooked. I found out on my arrival date. My reservation was split into 2 studio rooms. Also there are no adjoining rooms, only "adjacent" rooms. I opted to wait for my other room to be adjacent since the whole reason why I booked this hotel was for my family to be together. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours for the room to be ready. 'This hotel has all the basic essentials, including wifi, fridge and microwave (at the reception’s). They don’t serve breakfast but there is a coffee machine in the room and tea at the reception’s office. If needed there’s food and water for sale, of course you can always go to Target’s. The people are very kind. Room was clean. There’s soap and lotion available. There’s no noise from others. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.'
