'In dit hotel kun je het gevoel krijgen volledig onzichtbaar te zijn. Je betaalt behoorlijk wat, maar je krijgt er niet die service voor terug die verwacht mag worden. Het is een beetje een 'nieuw rijken' sfeer. Daarom ook luidruchtiger en op bepaalde punten platvloerser dan wij in ieder geval verwacht hadden.'

'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'Meubels en inrichting is leuk maar door de vloerbedekking doet het hotel erg gedateerd aan. Ontbijt erg duur: 44 dollar voor 2 personen.'

'Everything was very nice. Can use some renovating. Coffee was terrible, especially the decaf. Great staff '

'The housekeeping service often does a half fast job. They do not wipe surfaces or vacuum every time they come to clean. There are questionable white stains all over the couches and a lot of the rooms smell like mildew . The front desk personnel are always very kind and accommodate the best they can. Especially Tia and David. However, Ahmed never knows what he’s doing and there is always an inadequacy during the check in process with him every time. '

'For the price we paid this was a very nice hotel. Rooms were very spacious and had all we needed. The beds were not the best but still comfortable. Would recommend.'
